Vistadome Train
The Vistadome train departs from the San Pedro station during peak season, and the journey to Aguas Calientes takes approximately 4 hours and 10 minutes. To get to this station, you can request a private transfer from your hotel in Cusco. If your hotel is very close, you can walk. San Pedro station is located 5 minutes from Cusco’s main square.

Ollantaytambo Station is the main station, and the Vistadome train journey takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. To get to this station from Cusco or Cusco Airport, you must request a private transfer, and we can help you. The car ride from Cusco to Ollantaytambo takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
About the Vistadome Train: The carriages are designed with large windows, allowing passengers to enjoy spectacular views of the Sacred Valley, mountains, rivers, and crops along the way. The train also has comfortable, reclining seats. There is also an onboard catering service, offering snacks and drinks (may vary depending on the trip). Video projections about Peruvian culture and history are also available during the journey.
